Wife's birthday coming up and she wants some new boots. What are you lady riders wearing? And guys whats your wife/girlfriend wearing that they like?

My wife has several different pairs of riding boots from Icon and she really likes them. Those are sold by drag specialties dealers.

Not sure, but I'm certain my wife's collection would fill a boxcar as long as you didn't try to close the door.

streg, was your wife wanting a regular boot, or an actual motorcycle boot? My wife wears some 8" Bates side zip tactical boots when we ride. She says they're really comfortable. They have good coverage and waterproof as well.

I am by no means an authority on women and I don't have a wife/girl friend that rides but I do know this. Not all women like the same thing so if I was you, I'd take her shopping and let her pick out the boots that look and feel the best to her. Also, that will help you stay out of trouble if you happen to buy her a pair of boots that she doesn't like the looks of.

I wear a TCX boot, very comfortable, with the ultimate protection all the way up the calf and waterproof ... ultimate protection is important to me, hence why I wear a full face helmet as well

I usually wear Harley boots - just make sure they are a "riding boot." Also Motorcycle Superstore has a great selection. But mostly Harley boots.

For my wife, I would offer to take her shopping or give her a gift card and say it's for boots....no way no how would I attempt to pick something out for her. Just my opinion, formed over 20 years of marriage.

She will need a pair of boots that will not only protect her but be comfortable all day long. I have a pair of HD boots that I've been wearing for eight years and still love them. I've been thinking of blinging them out a bit and getting different color laces just to spiff them up.

It's going to be difficult to find feminine looking boots that hold up to the necessary utility.
