So I'm looking to get my bike painted at some point. I decided to play around on photoshop just to see what my idea would look like. So first my tank as it is now.
So the orange isn't as bright as I am really thinking but it gives a good idea. Plus I don't know how to put flake on photoshop. I want to put flake in the orange for sure. I'm thinking orange flake might look good in the black too and then coat everything with a light coat of pearl. Thoughts on that please? I'm thinking of tackling this paint project myself. I've never painted before but I've been doing a lot of reading up on it and think I have a good understanding of it. Some of the reason is to save some money but mostly just for the challenge and just so it's more personal. Now for the design on top of the tank. That is actually something a very good friend of mine had drawn up several years ago. It's like a tribal key. Anyway due to circumstances beyond our control she has for the most part moved out of my life but she still means a lot to me. Plus this use to be her bike so trying to put something personal of hers into it that had a special meaning at one point. So thoughts?
So used Instagram to play and got the orange darker like I'd like. But still want a brightness to it with flake.
Like my opinion really matters but:

Keep the Harley Davidson logo but resize it smaller
get rid of the tribal graphics on the top
carry a bit of the color on the front fender & other painted parts
