My 04 Fat Boy doesn't ride well at highway speeds. I have new rims, tires and axial the tire pressure is good but I guess I'm missing an obvious issue. What do you think?
What exactly is the bike doing at speed that is a problem? Also when was the last time the fork oil was changed? When I got my 96 the fork level was less than half in each fork and black as night. It could also be as simple as gripping the bars too tight. We need a little more to go on..
It's unstable from the backend. It feels like I'm bouncing it's not a smooth ride, I change my lane position thinking it's the road but it isn't.
I've been riding for over 7 years so I don't think it's the rider. I never squeeze the grips and I cover the front brake and clutch. Maybe it's the ride of a Harley because this is my first one however I hope not.
