Nice FB. Have you thought about letting a trusted riding buddy take it for a ride to see if he has the same opinion as you about the ride, seems you have changed most everything with new so I can't understand why it would ride bad, with new wheels I'm sure the spokes wheels are tight and true, also you can take it back to the dealer and have them recheck the balance on the wheels, tell them its all over the place.

could be someone fudged up the adjustment of the shocks and they are not Equally set..

They should be both set at the same Pre-load... IE number of turns on springs...
