I have an aftermarket set of pipes for my 1992 FLSTC. I'm trying to find where to buy T slot bolts for them. Anyone have an idea? I need a few that are about 1 3/4" in length. 5/16 or 3/8 diameter. Any help is appreciated.
Home depot or plumbing store carries "closet bolts" used to hold a toilet down to it's flange but you will have to cut down the length. You can get them in 1/4 or 5/16.
My local hardware store has a tremendous selection of nuts and bolts and that's where I go if I need something. Is there a hardware store near you that might have what you need?
I went to Home Depot and they had no t slot bolts, and lag bolt heads were too big. I took Yankee Dogs advice and bought some 5/16-2" closet bolts from the plumbing department. They fit perfect so all I need now is to make some bushings and I will be set. Thanks for all the help brothers.
