I'd suggest that you do some research on people our age (I'm 67) sitting for that long a period of time. There is virtually no study that would give that long a time the okay.

How do you do that? At 64 I have to stop and pee about every 1-2 hours.

I can't sit still. My wife says watching me ride wears her out. I fidget non stop in the saddle.

I am the same age and need to stop and pee every hour. Oh what a relief it is.

Yeah - kidney belts are good for long days in the saddle. I have an FXRG jacket with a built in one. I don't use it apart from long days, but when I do it is comfortable and helps a bit...

Dunno. Guess I got a big bladder. But I do pay for it at night. Up every two to three hours to drain. Lordy what I'd give to sleep thru the night. I'd wear depends and just let 'er go but it would be my luck to become accustomed to it and than forget to wear them one night.

I wear a soft brace kind of like a kidney belt. Its actually made for horses and puts just a little bit of pressure on my back without being loose. With my back I have to wear one otherwise I start hurting. Don't overuse it though or you can weaken those muscles.
