I feel like a dumbass but I'm having trouble finding a part or finding what it's called. The bike is a 2012 softail slim. The part I'm looking for is the plastic clip that holds the throttle/idle cables close to the frame. It has a loop on the end of it and comes together on the other end and clips in near the wiring harness. There's 2 of them on the bike.
No, 15 holds them together as they move up towards the handle bars. I think. What I'm looking for is what press them into the plastic piece that holds the wiring harness to the frame. If that makes sense.
15 hold the throttle cable together while they are routed under the tank.
12 is the tensioner to tighten and loosen pressure on 11
11 is a friction shoe - kind of like a brake shoe for the throttle grip
It's not #16 in the drawing?
I had a couple left over "Cable strap plug ins " from touring bikes, part #'s 10073 and 10177. They look like cable ties with a end that pushes into a hole in the frame.

Those might work. It's literally a part that pushes into the plastic covering on the frame and has a loop on the end like you could make with those ties.
