Warm beer is in England. In belgium you get it really cold. An +1 on the warm beer part, I had some french (yuk) warm beer in Tchad.
Belgian beer is the best! The abbey and trappist beers (along with the steak and frites Frenchman referred to) will really tune you in.
And not that Stella Artois crap, either! Really, they take the Pabst Blue Ribbon of Belgium, export it to America and act like it's exotic beer. Truthfully, the only beer in Belgium worse than Stella is Jupiler and that's like Belgian beer that's already been pissed out.
French people are cool, but the jokes are still hilarious!
I don't know, it's a typical american thing. I, personaly, don't feel the need to wear a patch that tells the rest of the world that I've been in combat. But if it floats your boat, more power to you.
Don't know if you've ever been in combat or are just blowing smoke. But it's not just about wearing a patch, it's about vets helping vets. I recently joined 33-2 in Nor Cal, haven't been ablel to do much with them because of tax season, but I look forward to riding with a good group of guys that with a common interest---VETS and bikes.
I'm going to try to make my first visit to the CVMA (Combat Veteran Motorcycle Association) Regional in Corsicana Texas on the 26th of March.
should be a big time. unfortunately, i have to work so i won't be able to make it. this is supposed to be a social 'get together' with no business scheduled. just a bunch of folks hanging out, seeing old friends, meeting new ones, and no dick measuring contests hope you make it shortride.
