I'm gonna throw another vote for Wiley-X out there. I've been very happy with the two different pair I've had over the last fifteen years.

My eyes tear up something fierce... And I'm super light sensitive. Both of which can make for a miserable day of riding.

I gave up on anything transitions after my first pair of full time glasses. They NEVER got dark enough. So, I use the goggle style Wileys with the lenses that pop on and off. The newer versions are easier to swap than the old ones... Once you get the hang of it and stop being afraid to stretch them a touch. So, now the little case goes in my toolbox and the extra lenses are in there for when the light changes.

Luckily my prescription is not so bad that I need prescription lenses for my Wileys... Yet.

The only thing I wonder now, is ... if you have to counter steer your head... does it shine the HEADLIGHTS where you're going... or where you want to go???

It's SUPPOSED to shine in the direction that I want to go, but the torque seems to be off. Somebody apparently torqued it to the center of the range instead of a 2-stage torque. I tried to get the stealer to fix it, but I've had them for more than 10 years, and they won't touch 'em!

Update if anyone is interested. Glasses came in Friday and I took a short ride yesterday. First opinion out of the box is the usual wish they were darker. On a ride, they were dark enough even into the sun. Tint is a lot like my glass green lens costas which is nice. All in all a good purchase. Given the price is about the same I would buy the LA lenses again vs a pair with interchangeable lenses. Decision was easier since these frames don't come as interchangeable.

JP cycles has a pair with darkening lenses for $40 which seems super cheap. What are you guys wearing?
I have a pair of Halcyon Mk49 goggles that I wear. They're big enough to wear my sunglasses underneath them - which is necessary since they are clear.

I bought a pair of the Global Vision Kickbacks based on some of the posts here. Great price and quality. No hotspots on the sides of my head. The foam padding works well to keep out wind and debris. Cool find.
