Well it looks like this really is turning out to be a scam. Apparently he has collected 1.3 million in ticket sales and still don't have a event planned. Opryland pulled out today, second location never panned out and the first and original location Loretta Lynn Ranch pulled out because he never paid them his deposit. Really stinks, people work too hard for their money to get taken like this.
Lowlife promoter is passing the blame on the "haters" who have been "harassing" Orpryland and nearby campgrounds. And there are still idiots on Facebook who are hanging on his every word.
1.3 million??? Wow there were more suckers out there than I thought! From day one many have suspected this was scam and openly posted it as such where ever this was advertised. I hope he gets what's coming.

These poor Bastards are still supporting him, too!
I rode right by Loretta Lynn's Ranch on Monday. It's only about an hour from my house. Driving by made me think of Nashville Bike Week. I'd heard the Opryland angle and I never thought they'd get it done there. IMHO, Nashville Bike Week will never happen. And it's sad. This area is a beautiful area to ride in and would draw a huge crowd. I'm sure glad I didn't pre-purchase any tickets.
Can't understand the Opryland set up. Traffic around that area is HORRIBLE!!
Me personally, I agree with a lot of others. Started out as a scam and will continue to be a scam

Sometime it's hard for people to admit they are a fool. A bunch of the local HD shops gave him money for advertising as well.
It sucks for the people that were too stupid to see this for the massive scam that it's been from day one, but it's also one of the funniest things I've seen in a long time!!
From this article: "Westrich told News 2 she thinks Bike Week would be great for Nashville, and if it ends up happening, bikers are welcome to reserve a spot through them as long as they adhere to their family-friendly rules."
Now, that sounds like a rip-roaring biker party. Jellystone Park Campground, family-friendly rools, and a 11 PM noise curfew.
