I've had one for 3 years. Use it for my daily commute. Removed the visor day one. SENA has worked flawlessly. I wish the internal sun visor was a little darker. Helmet has held up well to summer heat including a trip to Sturgis in 2015.
That's the helmet I use. I've been using it for the past 3+ years, fits me well, good quality, and the drop down sun glasses are nice- my one hour commute heads straight east at sunrise. Has speaker pockets, and the HD headset fits on there nicely.

This.....have mine for a couple of years...including a trip to Nova Scotia.
Saying that, the most important factor is how the helmet fits.....and honestly, walking around a store for 5 min won't really tell you.....got to be worn for an hour or so, then look for pressure points.
