LOL just pick one. Bluesy883 I think you are going to fit right in around here just fine, Welcome to the HDForum from central Texas.
I was recently in Louisville, KY and made a stop at Bluegrass H-D. While walking across the parking lot I heard a growler coming and turned to see one of the prettiest customized Softtail Springer Classics I've ever seen. This bike just oozed gorgeous and the woman riding it was obviously 100% confident. She pulled in and parked...I spent a minute gawking at the custom paint and chrome.
In St Louis I pulled up a stoplight and 2 bikes pulled up next to me. The nearest machine was a newer Ultra and the woman riding it looked to be as comfortable in the saddle as her husband (or bf) on the other bike. Green light....away they went.
Enjoy your time. Find a way to embrace your limited skills and the learning curves ahead. Your skills will get honed and eventually polished. Good luck and many smiles....
My friends and I ride the Pinelands area every week. PM for their contact info.
They have a bunch of ladies who joined [no dues-no pressure-NO BS] that the group has worked with to gain their confidence on 2 wheels.
