Nutragena here too. My issue is the greasy sticky feeling of most sunscreens. This feels more like a skin moisturizer. I doubt it's waterproof without the greasy feeling but works great on the bike

We mostly use any of the non greasy sport sunblocks from the major companies. My wife likes the spray but she always gets burned because it goes on so uneven. Also a big fan of the cool spf shirts.

I use neutrogena for exactly the reason the OP describes.
I use the spray on for my bald head and the lotion for face and arms. As I am nearly see through from my Irish and German background I use nothing less than 75 SPF.

Just found this one this year. I have hated using sunblock in the past because I don't like the way it feels. Banana Boat Dry Balance in a light blue packaging. It provides awesome protection. No greasy or feeling of being coated by anything. Also doesn't rub off onto your black surfaces.

Maybe it's just my imagination, but I swear by my mesh jacket for sun protection and being cooler on a hot day than just a t-shirt. What amazes me is how my riding friends roll their eyes when it's 99 degrees and I'm putting on the jacket. Now, I don't care what anyone else does, but you would think someone with years of experience in the desert might have a clue about staying cooler and protected.
And yep, some decent sunblock on the neck and face is part of the outfit, too. Great brand suggestions in this thread.

Neutrogena 70. Cost more, but it's non-greasy, which I prefer. My dermatologist recommended it.

does it matter? They're all made of the same stuff, and they all leave the same residue.

Anything that blocks well and doesn't sting the hell out of my eyes after a few hours in the heat. And no, I don't put it my eyes!
