Oh, nasty one! I loved the sun as a kid, and continued burning and tanning up until my 40's, when I got my first of many skin cancers. OK - so that's why this Country is so great. I have the freedom to pay $x for my sunblock with SPF 30 and know that I am 97% protected. You have the freedom to pay 2 times $x for an increase of 1% protection. Win-win.
