When I'm not wearing my full face with my Sena 10S and I'm wearing either a half helmet or no helmet I use my Jabra Halo Smart blue tooth earbuds. What I did though to keep them from falling out of my ears was swap out the original earbud tips with triple flange tips. The triple flange tips do a great job keeping the earbuds in your ear and gives you great sound because they also acts as ear plugs blocking out all the wind noise. As far as the Jabra. I love it. it securely wraps around the back of my neck and the controls for volume and changing songs are right there.
