So, I'm having some issues with a dealer shipping a couple bikes home for me. Blown deadlines, lack of contact, zero accountability, and still no bikes with no eta. I feel like I've given them every opportunity to own the mistake, attempted to speak to both my contact at the dealership, and the representative of the shipping company with no luck and we're coming up on a month now with no end in sight.
What I'm wondering is, is there a department I can escalate this issue to? Does anyone have a contact for someone who might be able to rattle this dealers cage a bit, get me some answers on where my bikes are at, or even refund some of the money I paid in good faith?
What exactly are the problems? Who hired the shipping company? Seems simple enough shipping co. shows up, picks bikes up and delivers them. Who's really at fault here? Curious minds want to know.
too many unknowns to help. Are these bikes u purchased? Did u purchase in the states, thus issues is with getting them up north? Fill in the blanks for us.
