Service Manual question-brackets?

Service Manual question-brackets?
I'm reading the 07 Dyna Service manual preparing to remove my stock exhaust and install Rinehart Staggereds.Step 3 is:
"Remove Voltage Regulator. Remove electrical caddy cover and disconnect front O2 sensor connector [138]. See 8.11 VOLTAGE REGULATOR"
What does the [138] refer to? Its not a part number in any diagram and its not another section in the manual.Probably a dumb question but I can't seem to figure it out.
