there was a thread earlier in 2017, and I "thought" they said there was a guy in Georgia doing OEM parts on an exchange basis, but I can't find that thread.
i have a pile of OEM parts from my bike, traded it with the P/C parts on it, just gonna start over and redo all the parts I took the last bike
Just a note...just like painting is not created equal, neither is all powder coating created equal! There are different levels of quality. The powder coating that Harley uses on its parts seems significantly better...to me... than a lot of stuff available locally. And all issues of quality goes out the window when one starts looking for the lowest cost deal.
OP, I'd suggest starting with just a few parts with a vendor, and compare against some HD parts before you commit to a vendor. You may find it more efficient to buy P&A parts and sell the takeoffs at 50 % of retail value.
