I just recently had an issue with them not standing behind the product. When I called them they gave me the run around, I'm done with them. In the future I will probably try and use Revzilla as much as possible. There is no excuse for poor customer service.
I've had good success with them... No complaints. Their communication is lacking though, but items arrive in reasonable time.
Just be patient.
Being patient is waiting the two days for the part one ordered that was supposed to be at your home...*not* paying the extra for the two day delivery and waiting a week and being happy with that. It also doesn't mean not to expect customer service to respond when they say they will but don't.
**** on "being patient" with a company that has half its reviews as crap. 50% of good, is crap.

I had the same issue with them back in 2013...I used to order from them and never had any problems, but I completely stopped ordering from them and will never give them my business....never, ever again.
I had been considering purchasing some new pipes from them with my tax return, but after reading this thread and checking the reviews elsewhere: https://www.resellerratings.com/stor...formance_Parts
I believe I'll pass! I don't like a hit or miss type outfit where you may or may not receive the product you odered. Then less than desirable customer service and a potential problem getting a refund if they fail to provide the item. I sure won't be spending my money there!

OK, parts ordered 2/9/18. No notification on their part to date. I called them today and got the, "Well, er, ah not sure, but it looks like they were not in stock when order was placed so I'll have "the guy" email you with an update and tracking number."
According to their website the parts were in stock or else I would not have placed the order. I wish I would have read this post prior to ordering. Trick me once shame on me, but it won't happen again. WARNING WHEN ORDERING FROM phat performance.

Exactly what happened to me. Website has a green check mark and states in stock. Call them and they give you a run around and tell you they'll email you, wait a few days and no email. Call again and tell you it was drop ship item and it shouldve been sent by now, etc. etc. I simply filed a dispute with my card company as I didnt want to be out a few hundred bucks. Sad thing is that I have to wait 90 days for the dispute to be finalized. I dont want to order the same thing elsewhere until everything is finalized with the dispute.
