Yep, no email was received so I called them back and asked for update on order and was told they were waiting for stock to arrive to fill the order. I told them to cancel order and then submitted a dispute claim with paypal.

I recently ordered a battery from Phat on January 17 (the item was noted to be in stock). I never received a confirmation email after providing the requisite information and payment, so I contacted them via email....a few days later they responded via email indicating the order had been received.
After about 1 week, I again contacted them (telephone) to inquire about the status of the order (as the website provided no new information). The young man I spoke with was apparently to locate the order information and indicated that the item had been shipped and he would immediately forward the tracking number.................didn't happen.
I waited for about 1 more week and repeated the same steps. Called them, talked with the same young man, he repeated the same response and actually hung up before I could inquire as to when I would receive the tracking number (a subsequent call was not answered).
About 3 days later the battery actually arrived much to my surprise. it was the product I ordered and it has functioned fine.
Would I order from them again..............No.
