Anyone else ever order something from Phat Performance and not receive the item and get a runaround? I’ve been very pleasant each time I’ve called, but the excuses and lack of follow up have gotten old. From what they have said on the phone and what the website states are two different things and basically boils down to false advertising. I decided to give up on them and dispute the charge with my credit card company. Unfortunately, they claim that process can take 6-8 weeks. I want to make sure it’s resolved before I order elsewhere from a more reputable company that will deliver and have better customer service. I figured the $150 savings over everyone else for the same product was too good to be true.

I ordered parts from them 2 years ago and paid for 2-day shipping on my order.
After not getting a tracking number after 2 days and unanswered emails I finally get a human on the phone.
They said they shipped that day(day 3) and for some reason tracking system wasn't working.
Long story short, it was 7 days to get my parts, and my parts were drop shipped by the part manufacturer.

I have several friends who have ordered from Phat over the years, with mixed results, similar to this thread. I personally have not utilized them due to word of mouth alone. Unfortunate, but in this competitive market customer service needs to be a top priority.

Same issues here I have not received any info on my order or e-mail contact and I ordered on 1/25
Terry e-mail above just bounces back so its no good.

I have to take a trip to visit my son in california so I may stop in and see wtf is going on

I’ve filed a dispute with my credit card as I’ve not received the product, nor do they bother following through with contacting me. I’ll not do business with them ever again, lesson learned. Terry’s email above is incorrect. It’s @phatpermanceparts.com

I've ordered a few items from them over the years and always had good luck with fast shipping, but yours isn't the first complaint I've heard either. I hope they make it right for you.

Never had an issue with them. They even warranty replaced a Kuryakyn RTB module with no problems.
