HEB’s version of Flonase. More importantly though, I wear a Buff that covers my mouth/nose when pollen is at the highest. Oak/cedar pollen is killer for my sinuses.

Singular and zyrtec combo works for me and I have it bad. Durning heavy pollen times I use a netie pot once a day also, the netie pot is a lifesaver.

I have thought about the doo rag tied around the face thing before. So that works for you? ANd you're right about the oak & cedar. Sycamore is pretty nasty too.

Up north, June is the month that drives me nuts. I use Loratadine (generic Claritin) during the allergy months. Covering my nose doesn't work, because my eyes also swell shut and itch like crazy.
