It's not Texas drivers - It's DALLAS. Our oldest, his wife, and 3 of our grandchildren live north of Dallas. If not for that I would never go through there again.
I'm guessing the North Central isn't any better than when I drove it in '89 and '90.
On my way moving to the great state of Texas.
Whats the deal with helmet laws? 10,000 in health insurance and a safety course?
How about mufflers?
Inspections?
I am moving to the Dallas area.
Thanks MikeM
Now I just have to get the bikes there.
No helmet required
Safety course required to get motorcycle license unless you already have a motorcycle endorsement out of state then no need for course
Its a Harley they no theyre loud so don't worry about exhaust issues
Inspection is no big deal. I take mine to the dealer, in and out in 10 minutes. The thing with Texas is you have to pass inspection to renew your registration. Used to be nobody fooled with inspecting their bikes but now you have to.
Riding in Dallas isn't any worse then riding in any other big city. Pay attention give people room and you'll be fine.
