You forgot Keanu Reeves. He rides and he owns his own motorcycle company. Looks like he builds some pretty cool sleds too.

I read that when Ted Koppel retired his wife bought him an HD. He loved riding in the past, but had no time with his anchor position. I don't know if he's still at it, but glad he got a little more time on the back side!
