Default Ground wire that goes to radio

I have a 1998 ultra classic and i went back to the stock radio, but a ground wire that comes off of the lighter needs to be hooked up and i cant figure out where it hooks up to. Does anyone have an idea?

Got any pictures or the plug?
BUT most plugs the ground wire is black, red is power yellow is constant power (clock, memory exc) I think blue is power antana (if you have one) the stripes and solid Same color are speaker.....
Fairly standard for most radio’s.
Question, why go with stock?
They weight a ton and perform like 1965 tech?
The new aftermarket stuff is light weight, performs better and normally takes less power (just a thought).
make sure the fuse is inline

WTF does the lighter ground have to do with the radio?

I went back to stock because the aftermarket ones I put in keep getting wet and smoking. so I went back stock. the wire comes off the lighter plug on bottom of inner batwing, I know when it touches the radio , the radio turns on it does spark as well, but it works and sounds good. I assumed that the black wire is a ground.

that I have no idea , im not sure why it is on the lighter it is attached to the ground and when I touch the wire to the radio the radio turns on and works. I just don't know where the ground should go on the radio

Most radios have a threaded stud on the back or a black wire in the harness.

Run a wire from the chassis of the radio to the frame of your bike and be done with it. Sourcing ground from your cig adapter is not the best place, it will work but will set up current loops, frame ground is the proper way to go.
