Looks like a newbie fell into a brake check from the car, make sure you know your controls and limits before toying with the cagers on the freeways. Hope some body got the plate # on that car, looked a little intentional, that's my view of it.

the guy on the bike was already locked up when he put his foot down, probably trying to keep the bike upright..
Don't know how many times I've seen this happen...on the motorcycle training range. It even happens when the rider is riding a scooter. After watching that video a few times, I don't see front brake application. But, I DO see target fixation and panic...
