The Harley branded jacket liner and gloves with the button heat controller just above are exactly the same as the venture branded heated gear I bought earlier this year. I bet the venture gear is less expensive. Im really happy with it. No stuffing around with controllers etc
I have the 1 touch jacket liner by Harley. You can interconnect pants, gloves, and boot liners, and control them all with a single wrist controller.
The pants and boots are 1 zone, the jacket and glove are another. You can set percentages of heat in each zone to get your heat comfort level dialed in.
If the bluetooth wrist controller dies while riding, or is missing, it will default to 50% heat, and still work. Takes about 4 hours to fully charge, and lasts about 12 hours per charge.
Comes with a 3 year warranty through harley. The dealership registered it when I bought it, and said it is in system so no need to keep receipt or do anything else for warranty.
I have had trouble with 2 controllers 1 charge and crapped out. 3rd one buzzed like something loose in controller and I havent even used the complete set yet. Manufacturers out of business and it cant get wet. Loved the heat zones that the one touch set has. Pant liners heated from thigh to shins but I know that I will get stuck in a storm someday and thinking that it would destroy the liner just didnt set right with me. I returned today. I am looking into warm n safe, venture, gerbing. I want the heat zones of the one touch setup but can stand getting a little wet.
