I use the one designed for bicycles, cable tied on to my bars. It's been rock solid over many thousands of miles and is the most low profile option you will find in case you don't like the big goofy looking claw type things.

Which one are you guys Usin , Tanks.
Whatever you get, I'd suggest some form of retainer or tether. My buddy bought a ratcheting type of phone mount at a show. Within ten miles of our first ride, his phone got launched from the holder and smashed to several pieces on the road. $25 mount - $800 phone.

I have a RAM mount. The phone mount is quite a strong spring operating an "X". There is also a clever rubber band that goes over each corner of the phone.
The phone is open to the elements but I have a water resistant sat nav if I need to know where I am going.
The thing I do like about the RAM kit is the mix and match between the car and bike.
There is nothing stuck on the phone to make it stay in the holder.
