I was wondering if someone could help me out by letting me know if this is a genuine Harley jacket and what is the age of it? The eagle on the rear is leather with colored cloth with the exception of the white letters which are leather. I have searched the internet but did not find one like it with the screamin eagle on back. It is heavy and good quality leather. Thanks in advance for the help.
It may not be a HD product, but is a Harley Davidson jacket. It says so right on the back. Enjoy. Living where you do, it is doubtful that you will ever wear it out.
I don't know if HD leather jackets are made in USA or Pakistan or Mexico. I kinda doubt they are made in the USA so who cares about the Hecho en Mexico. Be aware that Leon Mexico has been very well known for quality leather goods, clothing included, for many years.
Without an HD tag, its not HD leather.
The zipper is out of NY, and is the second largest zipper manufacturer in the world. Although, I think the HD brand uses YKK exclusively (I could be wrong though.
I have an authentic HD jacket just like this, without the patches. I will take a pic and post it here for you tomorrow.

Yeah. If it's a Harley jacket it should have come with a label like this in it.
