If you were clever enough to find these, you should also be clever enough to look under the "Fitment" tab on the link you provided.

I don't have those. I have some I bought 15 years ago for dynas. Hence my question.

But it turns out, they work fine on the Road King. I have finished cleaning the wheels!

I use a couple of 1"x2" on my jack when I jack up my Sportsters.

I always use frame protectors too. When positioning them, I use these to protect the protectors.

For all the naysayers, you should look under your bike. You may find that on the M8's the bottom of the engine/oil pan hangs BELOW the bottom of the frame rails. In that case you HAVE to use frame protectors. (They should probably be called "Engine Protectors" for Road Kings and "Shock Protectors" for Softails)

Here is a quote from the Harley "Frame Protectors" product page...

"A must for softail models to provide the clearance necessary to keep lift pressure on the frame and not the shock absorbers"

I’ve heard of a guy that could sell a ketchup popsicle to a person in white gloves. Sadly he died of a heart attack at his wedding reception!

They were sold by HD to protect the bottom of the real Dyna, the bottom frame has a skid rail to protect the oil pan from speed bumps or other raised obstructions in the road.

Strange, your Road King, and my Street Glide Special share the same frame/engine. My engine (at it's lowest point) does not hang below the frame rails. Yes, it's close, but the jack does not contact the engine/oil pan.

Looks like the gap between the frame rail and the jack, between the lift arms. You can see light passing through. It’s the same on the back.
