I wear Alpinestars Gore Tex boots for all my road riding. They're light, tough, comfortable, and waterproof.

Water proof, oil resistant sole (my must have), and comfortable on/off the bike all day. Absolutely waterproof. I’ve stood in several inches of water and didn’t even notice until I looked down. With wool/heated socks they can be a descent 4 season boot. There are better cold weather boots and “safer” boots, but for all day every day wear,I’ll take the Justins.
I've been wearing the Justin Roper rubber industrial boots for many years. They are comfortable low heal walking boot. Easy to clean. Great in hard work enviroments, no steel chips or welding slag to get in laces.

These are so comfortable I wear them all the time, not just for riding, but when I am riding, they give good ankle support with good padding, good traction when I put my feet down and they seem to be warm in the winter yet breath in the summer.
Hey do these really support your ankle well? I laid my bike a while back and I need to baby my ankle for a while.

I have an ankle with steel plate and screws and very limited motion, that swells and is sensitive to any twisting. These boots allow just enough flex to walk normally and give enough support that I can walk on uneven ground with confidence. The heel and toe are somewhat rounded, so that when I walk, my foot kind of rocks, minimizing any limp. Also, when maneuvering my Road Glide around, my ankle is stable and I have good traction.

I've yet to try them, but those Belleville boots look to be good as well.

I decided to go with the TCX air shoes, super comfy. They have a WP version as well. I also wear my ariats, but I love the flat sole of my TCX's and the extra protection.

In the summer I will sometimes wear my Merrell hiking boots - probably not much more protection riding than sneakers, but they are light weight and comfortable for walking around.

I'm currently entering my 3rd season on my second pair of the H-D "Hustin" waterproof, inside the calf zippered boots.
I've polished them so much that they look better than they did when they were new.
I have a new "backup" pair, still in the box waiting until I need them.
I wear my boots all year long and they only get relief when I'm wearing sneakers for yard work or casual events in the summertime.

I don't think they still have he same name but H-D still has a similar boot available.

I shattered my foot, which is one reason I went to lace up boots. Though I was already changing over. I can wear muck boots and do some walking in the woods, but not as comfortable and good pair of hiking or work boots.
Slip ons look cool. I walked in them for years, but I believe it is better to have ankle support. Boot technolgy has evolved the last 100 years.

Anyone try these yet? These are Harley’s new FXRG boots. I really like the looks of them.
