Default First Trip - Ok, Tx, Nm

I been ridin for several years but have never taken a trip of more than a couple of days. I leave Oklahoma tomorrow and head to Ft Worth Tx. Where I will meet up with my uncle and his son. We are riding to the family reunion in Lovington Nm. Then to Artesia to see the wifes mother , going to see the caverns then back to Oklahoma on Sunday. I'm pumped! I just hope the weather cooperates.

If you get that far, at least make the loop around Cloudcroft and Ruidoso. Go into Ruidoso from Roswell then down to Cloudcroft. Beautiful country. If you have time going back home, go up through Santa Fe to Taos to Raton then over to OK. Have a safe ride.

Be careful. Doing that can become addictive. I pack up and go on short 2-4 day jaunts about once a month. Each time it's another mini-adventure.

Of course it's addictive. That's why I'm still doing it at my age.
