I like to think that any dealership would explain this during the sale. Mine was on the last bike. But my dealer will honor said warranty and already have on a couple warranty covered items.
It’s a new model the FTR1200S Flat Tracker. ‘Spring 2019’ was the initial forecast. Dealers have no other information at this time when they will arrive in the UK.
Mine got flagged because of pipes and air intake. Didnt really care because I only had a few months left and ended up not needing it when it expired. I wouldnt buy a new bike for this reason.
Sorry to repeat an issue. i should have done a search and i should have bought an Indian motorcycle.
Let me explain this for 1000 time...so if you go buy your Indian and then put an Aftermarket tuner ( that is marked for off road use only...like most of them are) then you put on after market pipes that are marked the same way ( go look at V&H site) followed by aftermarket cams and air filter.........then after about 6 months your engine blows up...would you expect Indian to cover the damage under warranty still?? If you do then you have no understanding of the laws and automotive business
How could you or anyone expect a manufacturer who has spent money and time developing a product..cover any damages to said product when someone has changed it from the way it was tested and released to something else???
Go try all that with a brand new Vette or jeep and see where it gets you......
