Talked to my dealer yesterday, he confirmed Low Rider S and CVO trike (which he only confirmed because I told him about the EPA report lol). He also said there is no CVO Road Glide this year (this he stated without being backed into a corner).
The Breakout, Fat Bob, Fat Boy, and FXDR only have 114 options (i.e. no more Fat Bob, only a Fat Bob Special, or now known as a Fat Bob 114).
He also walked me through the color palette and showed me the Stiletto Red (gorgeous) that is not available on the already-released 2020s. Funny enough, the only bike not available with Vivid Black is the Iron 883, which will only have Denim Black.
I don't think HD is in any rush to push out the new frame. HD primary focus right now is not touring--they have that segment covered and its always been their big draw. Their concern is expanding the offerings and attracting new/younger buyers. They are busy with promoting livewire, the new enduro, and putting out new offerings outside touring to try to get something to stick. Putting out a new touring frame while this is going on might divert attention away from this stuff. You don't want to do too much at once and play all your cards in one game. I think the rumored new frame in touring is coming but its probably going to be a couple of seasons away. You never know however. It just would be introducing too much at once IMO.

But it has been 10 yrs since the 2009 frame changes on the Touring Line, ok they have better shocks now (emulsion) but that's minor. I have a 19 and I'm happy with it but I'm sure the monoshock is coming... 2020 ---2021 probably at latest (Indian has it and it's going to put pressure on HD).

If they think a $30K electric bike is going to attract new/younger buyers they are smoking an enormous Turkish Hookah.
