it's just a vent.
Got it off at the bottom where the hole is and push it back into the connector under your seat. Why buy a new one just because the bottom has a hole in it?

That hose is covered under the factory warranty and for five years or 50,000 miles under the emissions warranty. Go to the dealer and have them replace the whole thing.

Thanks for the ideas everyone. The bottom part was fine, I just pulled it out when I pulled the tank. I didn’t expect the tight fit replacing it. I did hijack someone else’s thread on the same issue. It is the rigidness and tight bend at the bottom that make it hard to direct.

What I finally did was run a string weighted with a drywall screw down the route inside the ties after feeding the string through the hose. Secured the string at the top and pulled it on through.
