One thing I liked about them was how quickly an actual living, English speaking, cordial, helpful human answered phone calls there- it was one reason for my decision to go with them.

I had never heard of Samson before. I thought maybe they were closed for Sturgis Rally. I did a google search on them and they are located in Sturgis, but someone has reported them closed permanently.
