You want an honest opinion.... save your money and buy nothing! You already have two softails why the hell add another? The rk is nice but you dont do any real touring, plus it will spoil you and you will most likely start riding the other bikes less.
All the things you say you dont like will quickly turn into things you cant live without. And if you want wind protection get a Road Glide.
I came from a breakout and now hove a road glide, i wouldnt go back but might have a softy for around town if i could get multiple bikes.

I test rode one today at High Desert Harley in Idaho,,,and I LOVED IT,,,I really don't go "Touring" that much at all,,,and if I ever do,,this Bike will be great at that also.
I love the touring bikes, but they can be a "cumbersome" at times!!
