One thing I've learnt is, if you throw enough money at any problem it can be fixed...in the mean time throw a fake tag from another bike on it and ride it, screw the government...
You ride a Harley cause you are a bad *** don't ya...?.. well then don't fret over bureaucratic "red tape" ever wonder why ya have to pay the govt to operate a vehicle on the roads anyway?
On the cursive thing, I can only write in cursive, when I print it looks like hell, funny thing is, my sons printing is just as bad...
