But that space never comes yet you still wish upon a star it will present itself. But, as you keep reading that desire tends to wane until you realize that it won't ever come. Still, your eyes just follow letters after letters, sentences after sentences hoping and wishing, wishing and hoping, there would be a space to rest the rods and cones of your retina. It's like a never empty box of Alpha Bits cereal. One you start pouring the cereal it never ends. You just wait for that line feed or, what some call a carriage return. You know, that metal bar on the right side of a typewriter. It's the bar you push to the left after the bell rings. You can set it to how many lines you want added. Are you old enough to know what a typewriter is? I am. The problem is, I can't add any blank lines to your post. Then there is your title. Sol? Sol is the fifth note of a major scale. Remember? Do, Ray, Mi, Fa, Sol ... It also represents one full rotation of the planet Mars or a Martian solar day. Abbreviations can be difficult to discern. Is it a texting abbreviation like u r not happy with your Harley? I'm old and don't know all the texting "lingo". Just typing all this is putting my rods and cones in a tizzy. Is tizzy a real word? Come to think of it I haven't used that word in a very long time. Now, since I am meaning to change subjects i would normally start a new paragraph. I'm not because I like to use all the pixels on my computer screen. I believe there is medication for that but I am not taking it. The new paragraph refers to the HDForum rules. Usually, new members should go to the aptly named subforum "Welcome Area Only" and post an introduction to themselves. It is obviously too late for that. I see that you have met Twizted Biker and OldEnuf2NoBtr. They like to end some words with "ee" added to the end. There are so many more people to meet on this forum. Some are called mods. They moderate the forum and referee the vulgar posts and ****. I can go on which is good. I just tried to read what I wrote but the rods and cones were morphing into one another. That happened recently. Oh yeah, it was when I read your post. Your post was about a bike you bought something like six years ago but you couldn't ride it because it took three years just to get a correct title. Then, you started having engine problems and the dealer you took it to held onto it on purpose without touching it just to irritate you. Dealers really suck because the mechanics spent twenty grand for MMI school and all they do is change oil and grips. I do know some some of you have actually read what I wrote but my dick would be two inches longER by the time you admit it. Still, your eyes just follow letters after letters, sentences after sentences hoping and wishing, wishing and hoping, there would be a space to rest the rods and cones of your retina. It's like a never empty box of Alpha Bits cereal. One you start pouring the cereal it never ends. I know you all remember "all good things must come to an end." Just like my post. It's 0150 in the morning. Wait, that's redundant. 0150 is the morning. It happens to be past my bedtime. I have to drive ninety miles into Austin, Texas tomorrow. No, that's today. It will only be like seventy degrees outside so driving may be hazardous. I say that just to irritate my friends to the north. That's fine, though. They can rub it in when it is over one hundred degrees here six months from now. Come to think of it. I haven't had Alpha Bits cereal in like fifty years. I'll bet they haven't added any new letters. That sucks because Lucky Charms cereal added a new marshmallow. Speaking of cereal I wish they would bring back Quake and Quisp cereals. For those that have read this, your eyes just follow letters after letters, sentences after sentences hoping and wishing, wishing and hoping, there would be a space to rest the rods and cones of your retina. If nothing more, I get another post to add to my count. I'll never be a ChickinOnaChain but getting close. At the rate I post I should equal his post count in twenty seven years and eight months. Lastly, do you think the OP will be a one post wonder? I'd start a poll but the dogs have to go out. That's all for now. Roger Wilco... Over and Out.

Oh, welcome to the forum. Ummm, did you have a question?
Is there something wrong with you? Who cares if there are no paragraphs

Your experience is only one among many. Now...if we look at actual facts....

26% of HD bikes need major repair in first four years

40% of BMW bikes need major repairs in first four year

you make it seem like BMW is a more reliable brand, when in fact independent sources overwhelmingly disagree with you

you can check it out yourself if you want : https://www.latimes.com/business/aut...127-story.html

having owned both an r90s and an r1200c, I can assure you, i'm a fan of BMW bikes, the k1600b is a baller looking touring bike and I'd love to get on one some day....but don't blow smoke up our asses....I didn't just fall off the turnip cart

Got back to the states couldn't get it registered because title was incorrect serial number, make model was for a sportster shipped to Switzerland. Spent 3 years jumping through loops trying to get this sorted while not getting to ride. Fyi if someone leaves eaglemark whatever they were working on gets forgotten about. Yup 2 employees up and left me high and dry. Finally get the correct paper work to licence my bike fall of 2016 only to be met with never ending problems ignition switch was bad. Figure other stuff may need to be checked out after sitting for so long..yes it sat I didn't bother to even start it since I couldn't legally ride it. So loaded it up and brought it into the nearest dealer for a service with less then 200 miles on it shouldn't be difficult. They had the bike for a week I called them up they hadn't even touched it! Furious but kept my cool as they have my ride in there shop and I like it to be ready to ride asap. A few days go by they call me up bikes done! Yay finally get to put some miles on....well a few before more problems. 500 miles she starts running rough I bring her back in to get checked out they changed the oil said there appeared to be some metal shavings in it...umm ok I'm not a mech but sounds like an issue never the less they say I'm good to go..didnt make it to 1000 miles her last ride she was just over 700 miles started burning oil yup I was 30+ miles from civilization and wouldn't you know no cell service. So I take it easy to the nearest small town gas station and call the dealership that serviced me. Told them it's burning oil,They arranged to pick up the bike and bring it back to the shop. They call me the next day and say theres no oil and the engine seized. But couldn't tell me why but it still being under warranty they'll take care of it. So I thought...they sat on it for 6 weeks and d8d nothing asked if I could pick it up till they get a new engine in for it. Whatever I picked it up put it right back where it sat for years and still sits because they blew me off till the 5 years was up tried contacting service got the run around till they closed there doors back in June/July. So here I am with a pretty sweet paper weight. And no clue who to contact as customer support is not there. Sad I once thought I'd be proude to own a harley now I regret ever walking into the dealership that sold it to me.
Wow, you took the time to join a forum just to say all that. Feel better now?
