Ok apparently I failed to explain. The issues started from day of purchase. And continued till this past June/July.his is when T I finally gave up trying to fix it. I own 8 bikes and the only company to give me problems is harley. BMW is by far the best in regards to customer service.
In other words, you just came here to complain about your Harley? Using your own words, " this is when I finally gave up trying to fix it." maybe it wasn't the bike , maybe it was you that screwed things up.

It's not about gramer, sentunce struchur, speling or being in skool again, Gerald
it's simply that a "wall of text" is hard to read
and lemmie get this straight, Wolf
It took THREE YEARS for the dealer to get the paperwork straight on a factory new bike you bought from them??
Forgive me, but I'm finding that hard to believe at face value and suspect there's "more to the story" than is being told
sump'un smells and it's not Scandinavian Lutefisk I'm smelling

Ha! Two thousand words and failed to explain. Oh-kaaaay.
You said you were stationed overseas. That doesn't necessarily mean a military posting, but I'm gonna assume it does in this case. I know the military won't normally get involved in civilian matters but I'm guessing that a tersely-worded letter from your CO to the dealership indicating that Uncle Sam doesn't appreciate our boys serving our country overseas being phucced over might have gotten some results initially. IF your story is true it sounds like you just squeaky-voiced your way along for several years. Retailers hate bad publicity. You should have called them out loudly and often publicly.

Trying to give you the benefit of the doubt here, but it's a tough sell.
1) You own 8 bikes (nice!) so guessing you're a somewhat experienced rider, but you failed to check your oil on a bike that you stated has a known oil burning issue? And then you ride it to the middle of nowhere?
2) No one on God's green earth would buy a brand new Harley and park it in their garage for 4 years (2012-2016) and never start it. That's an emotional impossibility.
