Default Advanblack facebook group hides the truth - Customer feedback on bad transaction

Heres a video to start off:

Following that video I decided to send e-mail to info@ off their website. I was told I would have to ship back bad painted parts before they tried a second attempt to match comic blue perl. They provided fedex return label and because it was new years day I couldn't ship the bags or rear extender until yesterday.....Soooo now I sit here until they get the other stuff back before they ship? Who knows because they like to ignore direct questions and only give you "thank you for corporation". Also sooooo many people (mainly the resellers) especially on that BS facebook group, hate admitting advanblack is a 100% china company. I don't care but don't edit or delete comments that bring such things to light. Another reason why im making this post is the fact they have completely ignored my post that shows problems. I posted in hopes I would get feedback from others who had issues but they control it and only brainwash you to see what they want you to see.

Heres some pictures for viewing pleasure.

There is an AdvanBlack rep here, if I recall correctly. Hopefully he will respond to your thread.

Not sure why folks have bikes, cars, whatever in metallic pain to match colors and cant understand why parts dont match aftermarket. Just fyi, colors like that factory parts wont be an exact match. Here youre taking a cheap route vs OEM and shocked their colors arent an exact match. Theyre working with you on a difficult situation and obviously a difficult customer. Try thinking real world on this kinda stuff.

If they advertise 100% factory color match and THEY list my paint how is that making me a diffcult customer when THEY didn't live up to the hype and dude...that color isn't even close. Not to mention I don't think I'm difficult when I'm only trying to get answers.

How much time has elapsed since you posted your comment on FB? Is it possible that one of the mods just hasn't gotten around to approving it yet?

Ordered chopped tour pack before Christmas came scratched all to ****, contacted them and sent it back, I wanted a refund but they sent another one right out from Hong Kong and said we already shipped you a new one, the second one came fairly quick but it sure wasn’t perfect either, rather than waste more time waiting on yet another one, I just said hell with it I’ll have it repainted myself but they lost sales on the lowers I was gonna purchase there along with tour pack and saddle bag liner

heres my take on this..

im not them, but i sure have been in your position so i can relate.. really!!

i understand where youre coming from , but i also understand up to a point where they are coming from too BUT NOT DEFENDING!!

im just saying this for your sake, so maybe you can look at it another way instead of letting it get to you.. seems youre more upset by them not posting the review than the actual paint mishap...

youre an unhappy customer, thats a given, but you posted a bad review before giving them a chance to rectify the issue.. i own a business and would be more upset you didnt give me a chance to fix it then whatever you might have said about me,

i think you jumped the gun a little on that review especially in todays market where mail order has become the norm.. dealing with mail order paint not matching.. ok, it happens, are they handling it? looks like they're trying considering the fedex return label that we all know isnt going to be cheap for parts that big..

now if they blew you off and then also failed to post the review, then yah.. slam them everywhere you can, ide help.. but in this case i personally woulve waited before damaging someone rep, especially thru a mail order purchase

look at my paint, parts of it went back to hagens TWICE!!!! front fender got dinged, wasnt matched when i got it back, but both i and hagen were cool about it, since i paid for shipping for me to send him the tank AND the fender for matching.. he went above and refinished the tank by wet sanding and reshooting a few clear coats over it without telling me,, black came back a deep abyss, i had to call him and ask if he painted it all over again..

mail order is a **** when dealing with paint

just saying
