looking for something a little clearer (ie: where you don't have to be an attorney to figger it out) It apparantly has to do w/ the total candle power projected, and I will bet even the mocos' attys can't figger it out, hence the disclaimers in the kits. perhaps one of the resident esquires can translate. Guys w/ all the rest of the bs we are being subjected to, safety checks, pipes, whether your freakin helmet is DOT compliant or not why take a chance on a couple of lamps adding to the fire. My opinion and we all know they are like ********, everyone has one. I will keep looking. Still cold and wet, gopt nuthin better to do.
I'd rather be seen than dead any day. I ran a separate circuit with a relay for mine as I had to add passing lamps to my bike. If they wnat to ticket me for it then so be it. I can think of worse laws to break.
