I go to this private guy that is repairing harleys and is good....but it costed me 200 EURO....which is like 220 usd.....
he changed filter, oil and transmission oil....
I guess it would cost more in Harley shop but I ask how much did you pay for it?
You did not mention if that price included the primary, if not then that is way to much to pay . I did my own 1000 mile service on my 2019 Softail Slim using all Amsoil products for the engine oil , transmission and primary and used a Harley oil filter from the stealership . All for around $90.00 . Amsoil products are pricey . I guess if I was charged $220.00 that would be $110.00 in labor for about 30 minutes of work or $220.00 / per hour . Is your guys labor worth $220.00 per hour ? I woud not pay it ! I forgot to mention if he did the job correctly he should of replaced the primary cover large rubber O ring , maybe $5-7.00 from the Stealership ?

The last time I had the HD dealer do an oil change it cost me $35, synthetic oil and chrome filter. If you do dino oil and black filter it was only $10. It was a winter special for signing up for their polar bear club. They do a free inspection and look for other things to add on as a way to get more business during the slow months. I can't even buy the oil for that price. I did have them flush brake fluid since it was due.
I usually change my own fluids, so just pay for the oil and filter. For engine, primary, and transmission around $100 cost of materials. I can do all 3 in under an hour easily.
From reading the responses here, I'm saying it must be like the cost of insurance...depends on where you live.
At the start of this riding season which was April, I changed just the oil and plugs. It was just short of a hundred bones for 5 quarts of Red Line, chrome filter and 2 spark plugs. Im guessing the dealer would charge 1 hour labor at 120 bones. So 200-225$ is about right in my area of southeast Michigan.
And thats only the oil, so you did ok with the tranny added to it. But, Red Line is all that imho, but cheap it aint.

100-130 EUR at indy in my corner of the wood, depends what oil you use. Why don't you try do it yourself? This is easy job, you can find help on youtube. Good quality euro oil like motul syn 20w50 for engine + oil filter max 65 EUR + tranny oil 10-15 EUR. Slightly more expensive when you use HD oil or amsoil.
Ł300/$370 for 3 oils 1,000 mile service. That's with 10% discount. The other dealer within 100 miles wasn't open to price check. I thought briefly about DIY. I plan to tour Europe when travel and hospitality opens up more. Don't want any arguments about warranty. I am happy doing my own mechanical work and do on my other bike and old triumph sports car. But, also happy to let the dealer do it on newer stuff. 1/2% of the cost of the bike, dont mind paying, but did think it was the top end of what I'd expect to pay. That said, bike was worked on solidly for nearly 2 hours (window onto the service bays), plus test ride and a chat with the tech about my transmission feeling a bit stiff. Will most likely DIY post warranty, or do a mix, major services at the dealer.
