Default Gloves with removable fingertips

Everyone,

A number of years ago in Sturgis at the H-D dealer, I bought (on clearance even) some nice full-fingered gloves, but the tip of the thumb and index finger peeled back whenever needed.

They are now really old and sun faded and on their last legs. I have searched everywhere and I cannot find those gloves or any like it. I can find plenty of fingerless gloves, which I don't want. I can find plenty of every other style of gloves, but not these.

I've searched these forums, Google, Amazon, Revzilla, etc. Maybe my search skills just suck.

Does anybody know of this kind of glove and can send me a link? I've got to think plenty of people would like them.

Thanks for any help.

Been a couple months since you posted and it doesn't look like you've been back, but Odin gloves are what you're looking for

Great -- thanks for letting me know. I'll check them out. I've still been on the hunt for them.

Cabelas or Bass Pro Shop has hunting gloves like that for trigger fingers and such.
Maybe it's for nose-picking...I dunno. Works for both.

I had a pair like that years ago. I had forgot all about them, probably on a shelf somewhere in the garage.

Checked the Odin website and looks interesting.

Of more importance, I loved this in the description: "UCLA Researchers found that 20-minute motorcycle rides increased riders’ heart rates by 11% and adrenaline levels by 27%. These values are similar to what would be experienced when performing some light exercise. They also noted there was a 28% decrease in cortisol and other biomarkers of stress."

With no traffic, I could make it to UCLA in 20 minutes, and I'm tempted to see if I can replicate their test. (With traffic, it would probably take an hour.)

You know, they have gloves you can use with your phone now and they don't need to be open.
