Vance & Hines FP3 'VIN Number is Required'

I'm having trouble with V&H FP3 'VIN is required' error.
I've used quite a lot of FP3 because I'm running a motorcycle shop, but never seen this error before.
I sent 2 emails to V&H support team to ask for help but no reply. How long does it usually take to get a reply from them?

(+) Since I am in Korea, it is difficult to get support through a phone call.
Sadly, when I reveal that I am in Korea, most american vendors never reply me ................... T . T

I have had replies within hours, never more than a day wait for a reply using the customer service option from the FP3.

This link is the only thing I can find that might hold the key to your problem - other bluetooth devices in the vicinity.

It was a holiday weekend here in the good ol US of A. Give it a business day here and if still nothing email again...good luck. I think v&h has a vendor page here too, you could leaveva message there.

Is your Bluetooth turned on and is it paired correctly with the FP3?

Not to bust your chops but are you using the "bluetooth" and not "WIFI". I saw your experience on multiple bikes but just asking.
