IAC guys I dont have throttle cleaner spray....what can I use instead,in harley service they use break cleaner etc....
I have read that carb cleaner or brake cleaner can damage it....

You don't say what year your bike is. If it is fuel injected, I suggest that you get throttle cleaner spray. Fuel injected engines have electronics in the air intake system that measure air coming in and if you use any chemicals that are corrosive they could potentially damage them. If it is carburated, brake cleaner is OK.
And yes, there are people who use brake cleaner on FI engines. It is an unnecessary risk that they are taking, in my opinion.
i have 2014 street bob to it is not carb it is injected...
i use alcohol to spray it in hole.....i did not have any cleaner......and i wiped it out.....i hope it is ok
My throttle body on my dyna looked disgusting so I pulled it off the bike all together to give it a proper cleaning after you get it clean I'd recommend an EBS keep your TB clean and wont have issues in the future
