I drive a cage too, but I look out for bikes more because they are the most vulnerable.

Yes and yes. I noticed almost all cage drivers waving at me when I was riding through some small southern towns. At first, I thought it was weird, but after a while, I thought it was pretty cool!
I also always have little kids waving at me when i ride by, hehehe... and kids on school busses, too!
