I'm a little confused. You first said there was no car in front of him at the light. Then you said he hit the rear window of the car in front of him??

I got further information late yesterday afternoon from someone else at work that had actually talked to him. My info was from a few e-mails earlier in the day.

I hope your friend makes a full recovery and is able to ride again. The clown who almost killed him should have to pay for all medical bills and a new bike.

Prayers were lifted for his recovery.
Glad he is mostly okay.

Cars don't think to watch for us on bikes in late fall and early spring is what I've found...

I was shocked this morning as he came back into work. Limping somewhat, and complained about his knee, sore all over, but other than that he was doing alright.

He IS blessed...

OUCH!

Prayers indeed. Glad he seems to be not too worse for wear, but to echo a previous poster, he MUST get a *thorough* exam. There's some sort of injury/trauma that doesn't show immediately, something about deep interior bruising or something.... I'm sure someone else can supply the name. Bouncing off a window WILL leave a mark, even if he's only sore now.

I'm not paranoid - they ARE out to kill us.
