I haven’t seen the color, but I’m open minded enough to admit I might be surprised by it. I’m still 100% sure it’s a color I would never buy on a bike I intended to keep beyond one year. It strikes me as a color that might suffer from greater depreciation after a few years, versus colors which would be easier to sell. The color-shift paints are just entirely too gadgety for me.
Has Harley ever used this type of paint on a bike before? I think it is definitely interesting and agree it has to be seen in color to fully experience. One thing that some may find disappointing is that it only appears to be available in a chromed out bike option.
From what I've seen online it looks green one way an purple the other. Have to see it in person.... I personally want nothing to do with purple on any vehicle. Not my thing.
A guy around here has a challenger, half purple half yellow. Split right down the middle length wise. I don't get what look he is trying to achieve though. But it's at least unique I guess
Interesting color. But it is way too ghetto for my tastes. I'm thinking more for the sportbike crowd.
Agreed. Those colors came and went with spinners a long time ago. Only stuff I ever saw with those colors were ricer cars or ghetto fabulous rides. Cheapens the bike right off the bat. The only option of chrome doesnt help it either.
Basic colors will always look good. Bikes with oddball colors always look dated shortly after.

Very similar color came on the infamous terminator mustang cobra, still one of the most sought after colors every produced on that car. And it is an option on the blacked out models as well as chrome.

In 2018 they had a custom color named Chameleon Green.
I just checked H-D's website and you are absolutely correct @shodown220 . I stand corrected. I don't know how I missed that color bubble.
I'd have to see them in person to know if black helped or hurt the color. I'm not even sure if the color will look good. Gonna have to be one of those see in person colors for sure. On a side note the Harley website does a poor job of really showcasing any of their colors, most of them look way better in person than online.
