Has Harley ever used this type of paint on a bike before? I think it is definitely interesting and agree it has to be seen in color to fully experience. One thing that some may find disappointing is that it only appears to be available in a chromed out bike option.
Yes on the 2010 flhtk, my bike has the black ice paint.
What I found interesting, if you do compare on models the Sport Glide shows up in that color even though when you check out the model it is not an available color
That color will sell, if for no other reason than the name. Call it something else like 'Iridescent Oil Sheen' and it fails. You can sell almost any paint color if you give it a can't-miss name.

This seems to happen with Black Jack Metallic for the RK Special and Deadwood Green Denim for the Street Glide Special.....there are pictures of both bikes in those colors....but the website doesn't show.
If you select any other country at the H-D website you'll be able to view the Sport Glide in Snake Venom, and both Touring bikes in the above mentioned colors.....seems to me that either the color won't be widely available in the US or there's a glitch on the US website.

You would seriously buy a bike because of the name of a paint color?
